Australian Tea Masters – Ceylon is an organization dedicated to education on tea. The organization is spread across seven countries, being USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Sri Lanka & it’s head office in Australia. Headed by Sharyn Johnston who is also a member of the Chinese Expert tea committee, The International Tea Committee & on the organizing Committee of International Tea Masters Cup, Australian Tea Masters is the most recognized institute for tea education internationally.

The operation in Sri Lanka is headed by Graham Stork, who is a tea taster who hails from a family that made tea their trade for five generations and has been associated with tea since it was first planted in Sri Lanka. Australian Tea Masters – Ceylon is the only academy in Sri Lanka to learn tea tasting at a professional level.
